Terms of Service

By creating an account or otherwise using the Medavida platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provider and pharmacy accounts are subject to VidaVerified credentialing before they can transact on the platform.

You agree not to use the platform to violate any law, infringe any right, interfere with the operation of the service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data.

Fees for MedaPay, Vida Verified, and any Practice or Pharmacy subscription are described on the Pricing page and in your order. Payment processing is subject to the Sponsor Bank & Payments Disclosure.

Medavida provides software. It does not practice medicine, prescribe treatment, or provide clinical judgement. Providers using the platform remain solely responsible for the care they deliver.

Either party may terminate the relationship consistent with the cancellation terms published on the Pricing page and any order documents. On termination, we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and Medavida's aggregate liability is limited as described in your order.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-product and by email to the account owner.
